Summary: The staff was exceptional. Everyone from the lady that made the eggs in the morning to the maintenance man to the front desk. They were all amazing. However, the hotel needs some revamping. I had almost every time I re-entered the room I had to go down to the front desk and have them re-key my card because the key holder did not connect with my keys, I had an issue with my bathroom ceiling, it was flooding into my bathroom from upstairs. They did move me to a new room however, in the move, I lost a necklace, a crucifix, probably in the towels from mopping up the floor and all I got was an apology. The hotel is terribly outdated however it is very clean and the location worked for me perfectly thank you
