ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking as there is a minimum $500 charge for smoking of any kind in the unit. For a early check in an additional fee of $40 will be applied per time of arrival. You will be charged $30 for every 30 minutes for a late checkout that is not arranged with us. Parties or EVENTS are not allowed! We do have a camera on the door to see how many people are entering the unit. You will be required to leave without a refund and charged an additional $300 minimum. If you have more people at any given time then booked for you will be charged $40 per person along with fees or asked to leave. NO loud music, if noise violations are present you will be asked to leave with NO REFUND and charged an additional $300 minimum. For any additional trash left in the unit more than standard you will be charged a $75 fee minimum. In addition, Please hold on to keys as that’s your only way to get in and out of the building.
