Summary: All was good but they need to do a better job with the valet. The kid worked hard but he was it. It was the morning after the music City Bowl and only 1 valet? You had to know that most if not all of the guest were checking out that morning. It took 45 minutes to get out car out of Valet. The kid was not the problem, should have have at least 3 when that many rooms were checking out.
