The kitchen is designed with granite countertops and backsplashes and modern appliances. It comes fully equipped with all that you need to prepare your meals, including stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, large gas cook top and oven, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster and high-powered blender. Additionally you will find a large-capacity washer and dryer, a local land line phone, wireless internet, dual zone air conditioning and a building-wide purified water system.
The living area features a custom crafted entertainment center with a 68” flat screen smart TV, Apple TV with Netflix, cable TV, a Sonos wireless audio system connected to four built-in speakers (shared with two additional speakers in the primary bedroom), two full-size designer sofas, organic Perota wood coffee table, ceiling fan and more.
The living area opens onto the large terrace with nesting sliding glass doors for open air enjoyment. The terrace is furnished with custom-built dining area for 4, matching daybed on the other side, lounge chair and tropical plants. Here too you can enjoy sights and sounds of the bars, restaurants, vacationers on the walkways below as you're in the midst of all the action.
The primary bedroom includes a king size wrought iron bed with a special wrap-around mirrored headboard enclosure, ceiling fan, air conditioning, flat screen smart TV large closet, private bathroom with double vanities and shower stone tiled shower with bench, built in speakers connected to a wireless Sonos system shared with the living room.
The second bedroom also boasts a king size bed (can be converted into twins), ceiling fan, air condition, large closet, private bathroom, flat screen smart TV with Netflix, DVD player and DVD library.
