FIRST FLOOR: Enter from the front porch into a comfortable living room with flat screen smart TV, and a cozy twin nook built in under the stairs, perfect for reading or napping. This area serves as a lounge or the perfect ‘kid living room’ for those staying on the first floor. Sleeping quarters on this floor include a queen bedroom with new mattress, en-suite bathroom, plus a nautical-themed bunk room, which can sleep up to five, with a dedicated bathroom.
