The Space:
The condo is located in the Koox Moma 42 Condhotel complex and is in one of the most convenient locations in downtown Playa del Carmen! This centrally located complex is just 1/2 block from the famous 5th Ave where you’ll have almost anything you could think of just steps from your door. You’ll be just a short walk to Martina Beach Club. But you don’t have to venture out if you don’t want to as the complex has a rooftop pool with a view of the multicolored Caribbean Sea!

- A SITTING AREA with a cozy sofa that can accommodate an extra guest if needed. There’s also a flat-screen TV and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that allow the sunlight to fill the space! You can leave the doors open to let in the fresh sea breeze and step out onto your private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee.
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN that has loads of cabinet space to stock with groceries, quality appliances, and all the cookware/dishes that you’d need to prepare any meal of the day. Let’s not forget a coffee maker for those essential morning coffees and a blender for your afternoon mixers!
- A BREAKFAST BAR where you can have a seat while doing meal prep and it can also be used as a laptop-friendly workspace if you have to - we hope you don’t!

The condo is located at the Koox Moma 42 Condhotel complex about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN), however, check your mobile map apps when you arrive as driving time varies depending on the time of day. When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there’s free parking available.
Also, if you’re driving around Playa, be aware there are PARKING METERS in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. You have to look for the parking kiosk, pay, and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard. Luckily, this property is so centrally-located you can easily walk to many places in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.
