This property is furnished offers a house furnished the way we would like because we live in part. It consists of the house we normally live-in as well as a free-standing casita (small guest house). The entire property is less than five years old. . The guest house has been listed on another site (we can send listing as requested) and we have an average guest score over 4.9 with over 200 charmed guests. The main house is where we live most of the time and includes top of the line king mattress,() sheets , lots o& pillows. The kitchen in the main house includes a drip coffee maker, gas’s stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, soda stream with bottles (the domestic water is from the mountain), frig with ice maker and water. You are welcome to use our condiments in the refrigerator. The casita include a Sealy top-of-line mattress, small table and two chairs, microwave, small frig, TV, wall hangings and prints, Kerig Coffee maker and two types of coffee, a kettle and tea,steamer, iron and iron board, high-end shower products and extra towels and bath sheets. The showers in both the casita and main house include river rock finishes and teak seats. Between the house and casita is a courtyard and is furnished as a Spanish courtyard including landscaping, chairs and tables and a small fountain. We have a full-washer and dryer. Behind the house is a large outside porch with a dinner table and chairs for six as well as a sofa and easy chairs with a fire place and a heat lamp with unobstructed westerly views for breath-taking sunsets. There is also a set of outside dishes. We love to have summer diners outside watching the sunset. Our living room has a leather sofa, two over-stuffed chairs with a fireplace. Both interiors are decorated with Native American art as well works and photos from our various trips from places around the globe. Additionally the backyard space is set-up with crushed stone as a bocci ball court and lit at night.
