Book our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse at the top of the mountain at Hidden Valley Ski/Golf Resort. Hidden Valley is a family resort allowing for a peaceful and relaxing family getaway. If it is available, this unit is also available for a seasonal or 12 month lease with rates to negotiated with owner separately. If you are going to do a lot of skiing there are combined slope packages available for both mountains, if desired. It is a great mountain getaway in all seasons. The unit is not ski in/ski out, however, it has easy access to the top of the lifts or shuttle buses run regularly to take you to the lodge. Just call for bus pick up right at the parking lot out front. There is also on-site snow tubing, restaurants and bar at the ski lodge(seasonal).
There is an 18 hole golf course, outdoor tennis courts, Trillium spa(during the winter season only by appointment only), and outdoor pools(summer), fishing lake and plenty of trails. The South Ridge outdoor community pool is easy walking distance from the unit and is available for summer use for no fee.
The house offers 3 bedrooms with beds (King, Double, Bunk Bed with trundle, sofa bed and a fold down sofa futon) for a maximum of 9. There is also a comfortable sofa on the first floor (if you need a 9th place to sleep) with plenty of floor space for extra bodies and sleeping bags if you want to cuddle up in front of the fire. There are 2 ½ baths. Kitchen, family room and living room are combined into one wide open space for a fun family vacation. There are TVs in every room, however, during non winter seasons, cable and internet services are turned off so prepare for family fun playing games. The TV service has access to expanded cable channel service, internet and CD players with all TVs during winter season. Stoke up the fire and enjoy a weekend of skiing, playing games with family and friends and relaxing this winter. Seasonal and Long Term Tenants would be responsible for all utilities, cable, internet and condo fees.

Hidden Valley is beautiful all year long. There is a gorgeous 18 hole championship golf course, outdoor swimming pools just a block away, 30 miles of hiking/biking trails, fishing! Lots of fun for the whole family! Mountaintop views with cool summer breezes. The sister resort, Seven Springs, is approximately 20-25 minute drive away. There is no central AC in this unit. There are two Portable AC units available, if needed, one in the upstairs master bedroom and one in the family room on the first floor. Gorgeous location all year long.
You can also venture out of the resort to some local hot spots! Within minutes away you will be able to explore the trails of Kooser, Laurel Run, Linn Run or Laurel Summit State Parks and Falling Water historic house by Frank Lloyd Wright, visit Glades Pike Winery on Route 31 or Flight 93 National Memorial or some amusements at Caddie Shak Family Fun Center in Donegal.
