Recently remodeled interior, with a sofa bed in the living room. Separate dining room (some people use it for an office if they need to work). Only 50 minutes from Reno NV and Truckee CA. Small yard (partially fenced) and high speed internet available in home. 2 parking spots (1 in winter if snow). Very cute, warm bedding!
