Come stay at this new construction home in a newer neighborhood on the West side of Lubbock. It is a short drive to Texas Tech University. This home features all new furniture, fast Wi-Fi, and equipped kitchen for your cooking needs It is conveniently located minutes from major hospitals, shopping, restaurants, 4ORE Golf, and much more. We have the most comfortable mattresses. Garage allows for easy and safe parking.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for your stay including microwave, stove, oven, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and a drip coffee maker with ground coffee. A dining room area sits just outside the kitchen for home cooked meals or easy take out. Free washer/dryer units are located in separate laundry room.
Living room has comfortable seating for viewing 52-inch Smart TV. We do not offer subscription channels or cable, but it is super easy to use your own login to your subscription channels.

Do not attempt to remove resin artwork from the walls. If any damages occur to the artwork during your stay, please contact us immediately. All resin artwork in the home is available for purchase.
All areas of the house are available to the guests with the exception of 1 locked cleaning closet.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.
This newly built home is located in the Upland Crossing Neighborhood in West Lubbock. This area is very safe and kid friendly. A park with a playground and man made pond is just a short walk away.
Located between 19th and 34th street, this area makes getting around Lubbock a breeze. Texas Tech campus is just a 7 minute drive from the house, and Loop 289 is a quick drive away to get you anywhere you need to be in under 15 minutes.
