Although the property is nestled in a beautiful heavily wooded neighborhood and feels like you are miles away from everything, it is conveniently and centrally located to everything. It is 20-25 minutes from all the colleges: UNC, NC State, & Duke. Only a short 15 minute drive to downtown Raleigh, 3.5 miles to Crabtree Valley Mall, and 2.5 miles to Brier Creek shopping. Umstead State Park, with its beautiful lakes, walking and biking trails, is only 1 mile away. RDU International Airport is only 10 minutes away.
