Newly renovated cosy cottage right at the edge of the city centre with a view of Truro Cathedral (a 3 minute walk away).
This is a peaceful row, with very friendly neighbours.
The porch and garden are yet to be renovated. Please don't let this put you off, I hope both inside and the location is appreciated.
The property:
You can enjoy sitting on the window seats in either the bedroom or living room with a mug of tea and admire the view of Truro Cathedral.
While being central to the city, you'll find it peaceful - sometimes you can hear the magical Cathedral bells (usually chimed on special occasions).
Guest access:
Inside the property is bright, light and cosy.
While here, you can enjoy having private access to the entire property.
This is my home - which I let out while I'm away - so there are basics available for you to help yourself to. These include basic toiletries, an array of teas, seasonings, staple foods, cleaning products and more. Bedding and towels are provided.
I will ensure that there is space in the fridge, freezer and cupboards for you to use.
There is garden space but at the moment this has plans to be renovated, along with the porch, so these are functional more than anything - please excuse.

There is NO PARKING available at the property. There are nearby carparks (Old Bridge Short Stay Car Park | NCP Truro Highcross Car Park | Moresk Car Park).
Plus, select parking on the nearby roads (Broad street or Tremorvah Wood Ln are my favourites).
Excellent access to public transport.
The main bus station is a 5 minute walk away (less than 0.3 miles).
The train station is a 15 minute walk away (less than 0.7 miles).
