Visitors
The person who made the reservation must be available during arrival. The amount of guests specific in the reservation is the maximum amount of guests allowed. If you need to adjust this number, please do so prior to check in date. Breaking this rule costs $150 fine per unauthorized guest, per night.
Pets
We would love for you to bring your furry friend. There is one time $150 pet fee (per pet, per stay)
Please mind our Neighbors
Outside quiet hours are 11PM - 7AM. No Heavy late night traffic. Please only park in parking spaces outlined in the house manual. Do not park in front of neighbors house. Breaking this rule cost $250
Late check-outs
Should you need to check out late the following day, please let us know by midnight the night before so we can schedule housekeeping accordingly. We’re typically able to accommodate late check outs for $50/Hr
After 1PM guests will be charged for the following night’s stay.
Early Check-In
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am. If the schedule permits, we may work with housekeeping to expedite your checkin time. An early check in fee $50/hr may be assessed if requested less than 24 hrs before check in.
Thermostat
Please keep the property at a reasonable temperature (68-72). Abusing this rule will cost $250
No Unauthorized Parties
Zero tolerance for LOUD, Heavy Drinking Parties that could cause a disruption. Breaking this rule will result in a $800 disruption fee. Police Disturbance of ANY kind is immediate termination of your Reservation, Must Immediately Exit Property. No Refund.
