The Space:
The home includes 3 bedrooms upstairs including 1-King Bed in Master Bedroom, 1-Queen Bed in a Bedroom, 2-Twin Beds in one bedroom. Downstairs there is a set of bunk beds in the common area which includes 1- Full Bed on the bottom bunk and 1-Twin bed as the top bunk. Home can sleep a total of 9 people in beds. Additional sleeping areas include 1-crib in master bedroom, and 2-couches (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). If booking for a max of 10 guests, please plan accordingly.
Hot tub & use of boat ramp is included for FREE in this rental.
*Please note, fire pit is unusable at this time*

The dock is only available to be tied up on the side of the dock as the covered space is occupied with a boat at all times. Fire pit is not available for use at this time.
