This property is not waterfront nor water view however it is ideally located in the center of the Lake James area footprint.
Lake James State Park's Paddy's Creek facilities include a 700 foot swim beach, 25 miles of hiking and 15+ miles of mountain biking trails, fishing piers and snack bar. Canoe, kayak and paddleboard rentals are available at the park typically May through September. Pontoon, jet ski, paddleboard and kayak rentals are also available from other vendors around the lake.
