The space includes a private entrance and patio, fully equipped kitchen, living, dining and office space. The bedroom has a queen bed and two twin trundle beds are off the living room.
Our home was built in 2019 on over an acre wooded lot. The apartment has high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. We provide lots of extras that we hope make you feel at home.
The apartment is family friendly. It's single level with no access to stairs. Electrical outlets are tamper resistant and we can provide a pack in play, highchair, toys and books upon request.
An exercise bike is available upon request and to get around locally up to four bikes are available as well.
One thing to note is that it is a basement apartment so you may hear footsteps above. We do our best to keep quiet hours between 8pm and 8am. Otherwise, the house is well insulated and on a quiet street.
