Enjoy your morning coffee or yoga on the front porch, drop a paddle board or kayak in the water across the street, or head 1/4 of a mile down to the marina to rent a pontoon boat for the day. On the lake, you will enjoy the mountain views, fishing in one of the best spots in Colorado in Cut Throat Bay, or head over to grab a bite to eat at one of the lakefront restaurants. End the day under the stars soaking in the 5 person hot tub.
This year round home is fully furnished. Open great room with lots of windows and natural light which highlight the 180 degree views of Lake Granby. Winters are equally spectacular and warm and cozy with a wood burning fire place.
Rocky Mountain National Park, lots of hiking trails, several golf courses, Winter Park / Mary Jane ski resort, boating, fishing, restaurants, and cute little shops are all close by!
