Welcome to this cozy cottage near the heart of Hendersonville, NC! This brand new construction home offers everything you need to enjoy a comfortable vacation. Located just minutes to Downtown Hendersonville, Hendersonville Country Club, Osceola Lake, and a short drive to Brevard, Dupont Forest, Asheville, and many attractions of Western North Carolina, this one level home is equipped with brand new furnishings and appliances. A welcoming front porch invites you inside the home with an open living and kitchen space to share with loved ones. Enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. If you are unable to communicate before drinking a morning cup of coffee, don't worry! We have a regular drip coffee maker available for that very important morning cup of joe.
The split bedroom plan offers a primary bedroom with a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed and a futon. The hall bath is near the second bedroom and is equipped with a tiled walk-in shower. The laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer is conveniently located for easy access from the living room or the second bedroom.
The comfortable covered back porch is available to sit down and relax or you can grill your favorite food on the propane gas grill provided at the home. There is a small back yard that offers enough space for your little ones and for your dog to enjoy some time outdoors.

PLEASE NOTE: There are only two available parking spots for this home. A mandatory non-refundable damage insurance fee ($59-$79 depending on the coverage) is applied to each reservation.
