Home is a two story, stilt construction with spacious east facing second floor balcony to enjoy the fresh breeze from Aransas Bay. Partial view of bay from balcony. All living spaces on second level with convenient third bathroom with walk-in shower on lower level for cleaning up after a day at the beach or fishing trip. Yard is fenced on three sides for privacy and security.
All furnishings, including mattresses and linens new in October 2022. Gorgeous island kitchen is stocked with new appliances, cooking utensils, dishes, and typical spices and condiments. Washer dryer, gas grill, Smart TV’s and fast Wi-Fi.
Enjoy many local activities such as fishing, bird watching, and the many local festivals and events held year-round in Rockport/Fulton. Only blocks away from historic downtown Rockport and it’s charming boutiques, restaurants, locally owned coffee shops, and free fishing pier. Rockport Beach, picturesque marina, and museums only a 3 minute drive. HEB grocery and Walmart within 10 minutes. Aransas Pass is 20 minutes away and the Port Aransas ferry’s in less than 30 minutes.
