Welcome to your Bethany Meadows Adventure, with a 7 Night Minimum, Saturday to Saturday rentals from June 1st to August 31st, and 2 night minimum the rest of the year. It's our home away from home that we would love to share with you. (Pet friendly - $175 per stay fee)( Must be 25 and up to rent) Everything you need for a worry-free vacation is available in our spacious, open concept, newly updated single-family home that is perfect for family or friends’ gatherings. Our home is situated on a tranquil lot that borders the woods of Muddy Neck and Assawoman Wildlife area.

Welcome to your Bethany Meadows Adventure, our home away from home we can't wait to share with you. Everything you need for a worry-free vacation is available in our spacious, open concept home less than 3 miles to the beach, perfect for family or friends’ gatherings.
Our Home: Custom designed single family house with driveway parking for 4 cars, 3 bedrooms plus a large loft and 2 ½ bathrooms. We have a smaller deck for grilling, a large screened in porch and an even larger sundeck above. We also have an outdoor shower after a day at the beach and a shed full of beach supplies, bikes, and kayaks for you to enjoy.
The first floor has all new luxury vinyl flooring and tiled bathrooms. Cathedral ceilings and skylights brighten up the interior of the home. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep it cool and comfortable. The first floor master bedroom has a queen bed, a computer desk for your private workspace, perfect private space for you to enjoy a book, do some work or check your laptop for the menus of our town's many restaurants. It connects to a full private bathroom and has a large walk-in closet. First floor laundry room has a washer, dryer and wash basin.
The Kitchen and Dining Area: Updated kitchen with everything you need. The new quartz countertop has an extensive breakfast bar with 4 stools that opens to the dining area that seats 6 to 8; a perfect space for a big family dinner or an impromptu game night and opens to the screened in porch.
The Living Room: Contemporary casual design with lots of cozy seating for a relaxing evening of games, movies or sports on the new flat screen TV. The family room opens to the back deck with connected screened in porch, and new grille.
The screened in porch is a highlight of our home. With 3 comfy chairs and a loveseat as well as a dining area with seating for 6. There are so many options for this lovely space. Your mornings could be a casual breakfast on the porch or lounging with coffee and a good book while listening to the birdsong. In the afternoon, this is a great space to get cooled off and out of the sun with the ceiling fan. Evenings can be quiet with a glass of wine or tea accompanied by the frogs and crickets and an occasional hoot from our neighborhood owl.
The Second Floor: Full bathroom with bathtub and shower. Our 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds and a cot for a 10th guest. The large loft has twin bunk beds with a trundle and is great for hanging out with family or friends, has a cozy loveseat, an entertainment unit and the large tv compatible to all video consoles. The loft leads out to the sun deck with a dining table that seats 6, 2 lounge chairs overlooking the private wooded Muddy Neck wildlife; an amazing area for enjoying quiet mornings, yoga at sunrise, sunbathing at noon, casual dining on the perfect evening, or star gazing at night with our telescope.
Our community – Bethany Meadows: A quiet residential family friendly neighborhood with a community pool and tennis and pickleball court. Our community has no through traffic so it’s perfect for casual strolls, jogs, or bike rides with our 4 leisure bikes and one kid bike!
Our Resort Town – Bethany Beach: Town center has a boardwalk, great shops and restaurants, free concerts at the bandstand, volleyball courts, community center, and mini golf. There are 3 golf courses within minutes. Beach bums will love the location being less than 3 miles away or a 5-minute drive, or a 25-minute bike ride to gorgeous beaches. Nature lovers will want to visit many of the nature preserves, museums, wildlife areas, kayak launches onto the Assawoman Canal and Little Assawoman Bay, and state parks within just a few miles, including a visit to the wild horses of Assateague National Park just 30 minutes away. Bargain lovers will want to check out the tax free Tanger Outlets.

Guests have full access to the house, property, community pool, tennis/pickleball court and grounds.
