Summary: I would not stay here again. For the price of this place, it was horrible. The communication was horrible. Tried to set up parking and no one could tell me how to do it. You can't set up daily parking. It is pay as you go. So every time you came in you had to get a ticket and pay every time you left. Tried setting it up with the parking garage like the instructions tell you to do, but they didn't know anything about it. Talked to customer service with the building and they didn't know what to do. Also, talked to the management of the building and they did not know what to do either. So parking was stupid expensive going in and out every time. As far as the lobby staff at the building, some of the worst people to be working there. Ran into them to ask them a question and was told she couldn't talk to me on her rounds that to meet her at the desk when she was finished. Met her there to ask and she said she didn't have time for me and to come back later. My kids were making hot chocolate in the lobby and they told me that she grabbed one of my kids because he was doing it wrong. Not a nice person. Also, this place is right next to the railroad tracks and you hear trains all night long. If you are wanting a good rest, this is not the place you want to be. There are so many more items that were problems but I'm tired of typing this out. Main thing is for the price, you can find much better places to stay. AVOID at ALL Costs!!!!!!
