Enjoy sunsets from the enormous covered back porch overlooking the layered mountains and quiet north end of Lake Burton complete with a large stone fireplace (gas logs), 65-inch outdoor television, outdoor living space, and family-style outdoor dining table. Likewise, you can spread out in the adjacent family room centered around a beautiful stone fireplace (gas logs), large television, and plenty of room for your entire crew. As soon as you enter the home, you will fall in love with the privacy of the back porch, the openness of the main living area, and the views of the flowering Mountain Laurel from the windows of the fully-equipped kitchen complete with indoor dining area and stainless steel appliances. The main floor also features the master bedroom (1 King bed) with an en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, closet, and walk-in tile shower. Custom-made blackout curtains in the bedroom ensure that you can sleep as late your heart desires!
Downstairs you will find an additional family room complete with sleeper sofa and a 65-inch television, creating a perfect place for a kids movie night. Three additional bedrooms can be found downstairs. Two bedrooms (1 queen bed in each) provide direct views of the water and share an enormous Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in tile shower. At the end of the hall, you will find the third bedroom (1 queen bed) with private en-suite bathroom including a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms feature custom-made blackout curtains for maximum privacy and uninterrupted sleep. There is also a half-bath downstairs for convenience.
Out the back of the house, you'll also find a large covered patio where you can play corn-hole and enjoy the views.
