The downstairs has a full bathroom and a bedroom w/ twin-or-king setup, and the loft has a full bath with a queen bed. On the backside of the complex, it's away from the noise of PCH with quiet mountain views. The complex offers a pool, gym, tennis, with Pepperdine University, Malibu Country Mart, Whole Foods and beaches all within walking distance.
This bright and casual condo has a laid-back, beachy vibe—perfect for soaking in the California coast lifestyle. We're located on the 3rd floor, and there is an elevator access. The unit is 2-stories, giving the feel of ample space and comfort.
