Located between the Atlantic Ocean & Albemarle Sound in the middle of a 100-acre Maritime Forest, Beachwoods Resort is surrounded by lakes, woodlands, wetlands, rolling dunes & wildlife. This unique destination is on the Outer Banks of North Carolina adjacent to a 700-acre nature preserve. Enjoy the outdoor recreation park or relax by one of the pools, in the Lakeside Lodge or while fishing from the shore. With spacious accommodations that provide a perfect family retreat during any season.
Spacious one bedroom suite featuring a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher and coffee maker. Spacious bedroom with either king bed or queen bed, full bathroom, washer/dryer and private patio.
*One bedroom king beds feature 2 full baths and queen bed has 1 full bath. Room assignment is done by the resort and we can`t guarantee king or queen assignment.*
This resort is a campus style property, the units are separate from the welcome center & require you to walk or drive to the pool & lodge area. You will have access to the Activity center (fees apply), arcade, bike trails, boardwalk, fishing, fitness center (age restrictions apply), game consoles, lake, BBQ grills, picnic area, playground, sports courts, walking paths, outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, splash pad and water park.
Located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the Town of Kitty Hawk offers year-round residents and visitors alike a unique and relaxing environment. The Town consists of a thriving village that has been around for generations, a newer beach community of residential cottages, and a maritime forest called Kitty Hawk Woods, featuring a wide variety of plant and animal life.
The Town of Kitty Hawk also prides itself on providing a public beach for the enjoyment of full time residents as well as seasonal visitors. There are many public beach accesses with parking available.
You will need a vehicle to get to area attractions, hiking, biking, golf, shopping and dining.
Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.
Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort`s front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.
The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.

Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
