Multiple sitting spaces throughout the living room, game room, and modern nooks. Hardwood floors sweep across the entirety of the living spaces for a seamless flow and cozy element. Exposed brick surrounds each of your ultra-modern gas fireplace, and large sliding glass doors open to the enormous backyard, providing abundance of natural light.
Fire up the bar-b-q grill and shake your favorite crafted cocktails under the massive ramada-style kitchen + bar. The outdoor kitchen has a miniature refrigerator, deluxe grill, heaters and a fire pit for cool nights, and a fan for hot days. Enjoy the gorgeous Scottsdale weather with a full patio set under the ramada, bar stools lining the countertop and bar top, lounge chaise’s lining the patio’s entry, and additional seating around the pool. Making memories with your guests is easy with full-size basketball and sand volleyball courts, putting green, and games like giant Jenga and giant Tic Tac Toe, to name a few.

This property is regularly set for 13 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. A 3-night minimum October through April.
