My 3BR/2.5BA townhouse has the best location in Shipyard Plantation! Sonesta Resort, Van de Meer Racquet Club, Shipyard Golf Club & Beach Club are less than 5 minutes from our condo. Coligny Plaza is a 5 minute bike ride & you are only 2 blocks from the beach through our private gate. We are located mid-island, so close to Harbor Town, Shelter Cove marina & an abundance of restaurants. Within steps of the condo is a brand new grilling area & covered pavilion- perfect for family get togethers. Or enjoy morning coffee or happy hour on the screened in porch that overlooks the lagoon. When you arrive, you will have a starter kit of soaps, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher & clothes detergent (there's a laundry room with a full size washer & dryer). The master suite is on the main floor & two bedrooms & a full bath upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked for 8 guests. All linens & towels are provided. Please note this is a SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY rental.
