This gorgeous custom home offers 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths on 3/4 of an acre located in a gated community on the border of Phoenix and Glendale. You can choose from one king bed in the primary suite with a queen size sofa bed, 4 bedrooms with queen beds and the final bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin over full bunk bed. You'll love preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen with brand new gas stovetop. The large open concept floorplan has options for the whole family!
Enjoy the private, spacious backyard with a sparkling heated pool (Pool heating provided upon request. Additional $100/day Dec-Feb, $80/day March, November, $50/day April, May and October). You'll make memories around the fire pit, fire up the built-in gas grill for burgers or steaks, and play in the large green space. Relax in the spa or watch the game on the 65" tv in the custom gazebo. You can even watch from the pool! Dine under stars while listening to the relaxing water feature. This home has it all!
We provide a number of indoor and outdoor games and activities to provide fun and relaxation for guests of all ages. Pool table, cornhole, swing set, board games and so much more!
