Jaw dropping views from nearly every room. Play ground area. This property boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 14 (please no groups over 16 people), gourmet kitchen, pool table, wet bar, fire pit with patio overlooking the boathouse, bonfire pit, beach volleyball court, basketball half-court, and 500 Ft of usable waterfront. The boathouse has a wonderful sitting area, both covered and open, with a swim platform, 2 ladders descend into the lake for the perfect day on the lake. The walkway down to the boathouse is poured concrete with scattered steps and easily accessible to most. Great lake views from almost every room. Large deck/screened porch with dining area off the back of the house overlooking an amazing lake view. Please limit your group to only 16 people.
The house is conveniently located approximately 15 min away by car from the Dickenson Store, Food Lion, and Tim's at Lake Anna Seafood Restaurant & Crab House. By boat, Tim's is 5 mins away.
We have cleats on the dock for boats or jet skies and 4 kayaks with paddles and vests available for guests to use.
