Positive: The air conditioning was excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped and the owner had plenty of beach equipment in the garage. The beds were comfortable and the owner's rep was readily available and helpful. The welcome gift on arrival was most appreciated. Great location.

Negative: The interior lighting was really dim in the main room - it badly needs some overhead lighting. The range hood was greasy. The area with the shared facilities felt very adult - I am not sure I have ever seen a posted sign at a pool stating that it was a "quiet zone"
