This home is a new Airbnb in the fun town of Colonial Beach with all the amenities you need: comfortable beds, washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, TV’s, books, games, grill, fire pit and much more. This cute and cozy home has a main room with an open kitchen, dining area, bar and living room.

It’s a great house for family and friends wanting to get together. Relax and unwind and enjoy your time in Colonial Beach!

You'll have the whole home to yourself during your stay, including 3 bedrooms, all on one level, a full laundry, central heating and air conditioning, and a large yard. The two full bathrooms in the hall have a bathtub and shower, with towels and washcloths provided. Bed linens are also provided.

You'll appreciate the fully stocked kitchen with appliances to make your stay complete, including stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The living room and bedrooms are all equipped with Roku, and we encourage you to log in to your favorite streaming services to relax after your days spent enjoying the area! There is a propane grill next to the screened in porch with a picnic table next to it (we provide grill utensils).

There are three bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and 2 full bathrooms. There is a new screened in front porch with a picnic table and 2 wicker chairs. The large back yard is great for kids to play.

We also have all the essentials like beach towels and beach chairs.

We thoroughly sanitize and clean the home in between guests and follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, as well as COVID-19 sanitizing protocols.

Indicate in your reservation request the number of people staying. Maximum is 6 people total, including children. Any additional people will be charged $25 per night per person.

Public boat access is not available in the immediate neighborhood, but there quite a few boat ramps within a 10 minute drive.

Spend the day at the beach for some sun and fun, it's a 10 minute drive. There are several establishments in town offering golf-cart rentals, about 7 miles away, with drop-off and pick-up service. The entire town is golf-cart friendly, as well as Placid Bay where the house is located.

There is so much to enjoy in Colonial Beach and the surrounding areas during your stay. Local thrift stores, shops, restaurants, parks, playgrounds, memorable historic attractions, wineries, festivals, hiking trails, and so much more.

It is conveniently located for those visiting Dahlgren Naval Base, Kings Dominion and is a good location to visit D.C. or Richmond as well, around 1.5 hours by car. Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg are within driving distance also.

You'll have access to every room in the home, with the exception of the owner's closet, garage and shed in the back yard.

Onsite parking allows for 3 - 4 vehicles, you can also park on the street if needed. Please do not park in front of the garage.

Feel free to bring your boat, jet-ski, bikes, golf cart, kayaks, tubes, etc. There is water access at the T-docks on Lake Placid which is 1/2 mile away. Don't forget your fishing rods, nets, and a cooler if you would like to fish from the docks!

Leave used towels and linens in the laundry area, so the cleaning crew can take care of them.

Leave trash and recyclables outside in front of the garage, trash bags are provided.

There is a Roku for streaming services attached to each TV. The internet isn't the best in Colonial Beach. If it's spotting and cutting out, reset it by unplugging it and plug back in.
