In addition, there are no hidden host fees nor surveillance on the premises. Lastly, I don't charge a cleaning fee; the cleaning crew will be responsible for laundry and cleaning - not you. All that I will ask of you is to run the dishwasher before check-out for me since I will personally empty it while the cleaning crew works their magic.

The home is a 2 to 4-mile drive to a plethora of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, dine-in/dine-out restaurants, parks, dry cleaning services, a Target and Southpoint Mall/Movie Theatre, and all other services needed to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
I offer complimentary coffee (drip & Keurig), tea, creamer, breakfast biscuits, cereal, a few pantry items for quick meals, seasoning, etc. However, I don’t offer perishables (e.g milk, eggs, etc.).
I offer toiletries, so no worries if you forget to bring an item.
I have additional towels and bed linens for all rooms.
