This beautiful vacation house is newly remodeled and furnished to fulfill your needs. It is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The large backyard is shaded naturally by big trees. The two central AC/ heating units and fans create a very comfortable indoor environment. The large 2703sf house has 4 bedrooms and an office. The 500sf master suite is beautifully decorated to offer you a 5-star experience. Great central location! Enjoy your Las Vegas experience in this desert paradise!

-Two AC/heating units with two smart thermostats (upstairs and downstairs) to maintain optimal and comfortable indoor temperatures all year long.
-Pool Table to keep everyone entertained.
-Keyless entry and 3 car garage.
-Fresh linens, towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer.
-Kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, dinnerware, rice cooker, air fryer, toaster, and more.
-Wet Bar has a standard coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker, and tea set.
-Comfortable and cool gel memory foam mattresses for a restful night of sleep.
-Three large smart HDTVs (50 to 65 inches) and fast WiFi connectivity 250M+.
-The computer desks in the master bedroom and office to create working space.
-Pack-n-Play portable playard and high chair are available upon request.
-Two exterior cameras in the front and back to keep you safe (This is a city requirement).
Important things to be noted:
-Only medium and small bouncer operating will be allowed from 11:00 am to 6:00 Pm. The blower machine has to be turned off out of this time frame.
-Short term rental (1 month and up), we require $500 refundable security deposit sending to us via Vrbo
-NO TALKING LOUDLY over at the front yard and back yard and no extra guest stay at night. Doing so will result in huge fine from city and a security officer will be called to remove all guest.
